Etihad joins McLaren’s Formula 1 and WEC Hypercar programmes through a partnership announced for 2026 and beyond.
Announced February 26, 2026, the agreement covers the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team and McLaren United Autosports WEC Hypercar Team. It includes branding, digital rights and planned fan experiences. The announcement also previews a McLaren-themed Boeing 787 livery for later in the year. The official McLaren launch artwork illustrates that planned aircraft treatment; this review does not establish that the livery is operating or that a specific fan experience can be booked. This is separate from Etihad’s existing Abu Dhabi Grand Prix title sponsorship.
