COMMERCIAL SERVICE TERMS

Know what happens
before paid work begins.

These principles govern Pro Previews, guided proofs, paid plans and custom-intelligence projects. Product-specific terms are shown again before checkout.

Effective October 13, 2026
01

No charge from an inquiry

Joining Chinwagy, submitting the contact form or requesting a founding pilot does not authorize a charge or start a subscription.

02

Written scope before paid work

For custom work and founding pilots, Chinwagy will describe the deliverable, covered brands or markets, delivery timing, price and any revision limit. Paid work begins only after the buyer accepts that scope.

03

Editorial independence

Payment never guarantees editorial coverage, factual inclusion, verification, ranking or a favorable editorial decision. Any paid promotional placement will be clearly identified and kept separate from editorial selection.

04

Sources and professional judgment

Chinwagy provides source-backed research and collaboration intelligence. Buyers remain responsible for their own business, legal, investment, publishing and partnership decisions.

05

Pro Previews and guided proof

Creator Pro and Industry Pro include a one-time 14-day preview without a payment card. It expires without a charge. Reader membership uses the free Buzz as its proof, and agency plans begin with a defined guided proof. A customer must actively approve payment before paid access begins.

06

Paid memberships and cancellation

Before payment, Chinwagy shows the amount, billing interval and included plan. Paid memberships renew on that interval until cancelled through secure billing controls. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period.

07

Custom-work changes and cancellation

A written scope will state any deposit, cancellation, refund and revision terms that apply to that engagement. If no paid scope has been accepted, there is nothing to cancel and no payment is due.

08

Data and confidentiality

Chinwagy uses public, submitted and platform information as described in its privacy notice. Any additional confidential handling required for a commercial engagement must be agreed in writing before materials are supplied.
