Virgin Atlantic’s OpenAI-powered Concierge, built with Tomoro, has rolled out on its airline and Holidays websites.

The December 8, 2025 release confirms the website rollout, superseding the earlier app-only plan. A separate April 20, 2026 announcement adds the Virgin Atlantic app inside ChatGPT: it finds and compares flights, then sends customers to Virgin Atlantic’s website or app to book. These are related digital experiences, not duplicate new commercial relationships.
