United’s Chef’s Table menu programme began August 1, 2026 on selected Polaris international business-class routes.

Thirty dishes from eleven chefs rotate: the first menu runs August–September, with another lineup planned for October and seasonal changes into 2027. Meals correspond to departure cities and lunch/dinner service. Pre-order runs from five days to 24 hours before departure. The partnership remains one story; eleven chefs or thirty dishes do not create duplicate collaborations. Official artwork shows Nancy Silverton’s contribution.
