Metropolitan Opera signs MoU for Saudi residency and cultural-exchange program

The Metropolitan Opera agreed with the Saudi Music Commission and the Royal Diriyah Opera House to become the resident winter company of the new opera house upon completion. The collaboration is planned to include five years of winter performances, concerts, Saudi talent training and the commissioning of a new opera.
