Lufthansa and Munich Airport expanded their stopover programme to five more Asian markets.
From August 21, travellers from China, India, Japan, South Korea and Thailand join the original Singapore and US markets. Eligible stays range from 24 hours to seven days. Twelve programme partners offer accommodation, car hire, sightseeing and shopping, but the announcement does not make those extras free.
