Lufthansa’s Starlink service began on one A320neo, D-AINM, on August 19.
The inaugural flight was Frankfurt–Rome. Up to ten additional A320-family aircraft across Lufthansa and Lufthansa City Airlines were planned for 2026; this is not completed fleet-wide coverage. The wider target concerns around 850 Lufthansa Group aircraft by 2029. Access is free for Miles & More customers and Travel ID users regardless of cabin.
