JAL and four JR companies are promoting Japan’s sacred journeys through a shared visitor programme.

JR East, Central, West and Shikoku join JAL on Dewa Sanzan, Kumano Kodo and the Shikoku Pilgrimage. The English release confirms a July 30 website launch and planned September–October workshops. Multilingual EKITAG support is targeted for around November, not already available. This is the existing July-announced partnership, not a new rail pass or a second collaboration.
