Mott 32’s Cathay collaboration serves The Pier, First and the redesigned The Wing, First lounge.
The Pier programme began in January 2025 with rotating dishes. Cathay’s April 2026 Wing reopening announcement also names Mott 32 for its Dining Room. This extends the existing relationship; it does not mean every pictured dish is always served. Both are access-controlled lounges, not public restaurants.
