Régis Marcon creates Air France’s long-haul Business main courses on departure from Paris.

The April 2026 culinary announcement confirms the chef’s role alongside Servair. Dishes draw on his Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes roots and seasonal ingredients. Eligible Business passengers can pre-select their main course up to 24 hours before departure through the airline’s service. The related Marseille pop-up ran July 14–August 9, 2026 and has ended; it is not an ongoing restaurant listing. Current flight menus and exact chef-project imagery remain separate checks.
