Nina Métayer refreshes Air France’s long-haul Business desserts for flights departing Paris.

Announced April 13, 2026, the new cycle continues a collaboration begun in 2024. Raspberry-coconut and lemon-verbena creations join the selection over the following months. The official photograph depicts the raspberry-coconut dessert. Menu rotations mean the pictured pastry is not guaranteed on every flight. This is onboard dining, not a takeaway product or a new public restaurant.
