Matthias Giroud’s Air France cocktails differ by cabin and route, including an important Caribbean and Indian Ocean exception.
The June17, 2026 release introduces Quintessence in long-haul Business, combining cognac, red vermouth, Alpine bitter and fig. Premium and Economy gain L’instant Cassis from July1, made with Chardonnay, blackcurrant and elderflower. Flights to and from the Caribbean and Indian Ocean serve punch instead of that latter cocktail. La Première has its separate three-drink collection, introduced in March2025: Belle Époque, low-alcohol Parfum de France and alcohol-free L’Éveil. This is onboard service rather than bottled merchandise, and an exact new cocktail image remains held.
