The April30, 2026 update confirms two regularly changing hot-dish choices, including a vegetarian option, developed with Servair. The stated departure network includes Paris, Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France, Cayenne, Saint-Denis de La Réunion and Air France stations in the United States and Canada. The image shows an official Simonin Premium meal. Separately, the redesigned second meal applies to flights over seven hours, with further additions over ten hours; those service thresholds should not be mistaken for the chef menu’s geography.
